A song that reminds me of the summer is “If You Had My Love,” by Jennifer Lopez. I was obsessed with JLO and Puffy. I thought they were the fliest couple. This song was the perfect song to introduce her as a music artist. Jennifer has gone on to make some really catchy tunes. However, the summer of 1999 was ruled by Ms. Lopez. In 1999 I was in college working on my BA degree and parenting a three-year-old son.
