The divorce proceedings between Dr. Dre and his estranged wife are getting messier.
Dr. Dre’s estranged wife is demanding to know whether the music mogul had any children with women outside of their 24-year marriage, new court documents claim.
Nicole, 50, wants the hip-hop legend to hand over thousands of pages of his financial and personal records in pursuit of her share of Dre’s estimated $1 billion fortune as part of their divorce.
Nicole also wants Dre – real name Andre Young – to turn over any diaries or journals he may have kept, plus records of money or gifts worth $500 or more he has given to ‘third parties.’
The rapper’s attorneys are strongly opposing Nicole’s demands, arguing that disclosing paternity suits or other personal information, ‘would invade Young’s right to privacy’ and the right to privacy of any third parties.
Last week, Nicole – who has accused Dre of ‘rampant and repeated marital misconduct’ – dropped a bombshell by naming three third parties, alleged mistresses of the music tycoon, whom she wants to subpoena to give depositions in her upcoming divorce.
They are singer Jillian Speer, model turned skin care entrepreneur Kili Anderson and Crystal Rogers, aka Crystal Sierra – who is known as the ‘Queen of Latin hip-hop.’
All three area fighting Nicole’s legal efforts to subpoena them as witnesses and they’ve hired lawyer Kris LeFan who last week filed a motion to quash the subpoenas, saying none of the women has ‘information relevant to the enforceability’ of a disputed pre-marital agreement (PMA) at the center of the divorce.
LeFan’s court filings for all three women don’t go into detail on whether they had affairs with Dre.
But he said: ‘Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.’

Reports surfaced in 2013 that Dre had cheated on Nicole with Kili Anderson, a one-time model who now is co-owner of a natural skin care brand called Skin and Senses. Dre vehemently denied the claim.
Baltimore-born Crystal Rogers co-wrote the song Got Me Open which was included in Dre’s compilation album The Aftermath in 1996.

The prenuptial agreement has proven to be one of the most contentious parts of the divorce so far, with Nicole insisting that Dre ripped up the document she signed shortly before their 1996 wedding, rendering it invalid. Pictured: The former couple in 1996
Dre is asking LA Superior Court for a protection order that would limit the documents he has to give Nicole and he has balked at handing over his most private information until his estranged wife signs a confidentiality agreement which would keep his personal secrets hidden from the world.
But Nicole has refused to sign, prompting Wasser to add: ‘Providing confidential information without the protection of a confidentiality stipulation is a gross violation of Andre’s constitutional right of privacy.’
Nicole’s lawyers contend that Dre refused when offered a compromise, providing just five years of his financial records, instead of 12 years.
‘His failure to provide even five years of documents is inexcusable,’ said lawyer Samantha Spector. ‘Andre is not interested in resolving this dispute. His only interest is stonewalling Nicole.
‘Andre’s objection that gathering the documents would be an unnecessary, costly endeavor is unworthy of argument considering that Andre earned in excess of $100 million in 2018 and has an estimated net worth of nearly $1 billion.
‘Andre is not entitled to a confidentiality agreement and his desire for one is not an appropriate basis to withhold documents.’
Nicole and Dre have two children together, Truice and Truly, while Dre has six children by five different women including one child with R&B singer, Michel’e.
Dre maintains that the PMA still exists, while Nicole claims he tore up the original document in front of her after they married in a gesture of his love for her.
Dre wants a judge to determine whether the prenup is valid and enforceable. And until that ruling is made, he maintains that his business records are none of Nicole’s business.
Nicole claims she has been shown two versions of the PMA, one that’s missing pages and is unsigned, the other that’s only signed by the couple and not by a lawyer witness or notary public.
But Dre’s lawyer, Wasser countered, calling Nicole’s statement, ‘simply not true’ and saying that Dre provided Nicole with a copy of the PMA that’s ‘signed by both parties and a notary public.’
The Dre divorce has become more and more contentious since Nicole filed at the end of June this year.
